What payment methods are accepted?

Are there discounts for bulk purchases?

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We collect sales tax in the following states: CA, TX, WS, MO, TX, FL, PA, OH, MD, DC, MA, NY, NJ, IN. If you have a valid tax exempt or reseller certificate, we will refund the tax charges if you purchase online. You can also request a quote with tax excluded.

How does SONCO's return and exchange policy work?

To make a return, please contact SONCO's support team by simply completing our online support request form to arrange for an RA (Return Authorization) number. Once we've received your return, we'll process it as quickly as possible, but it can take 7-10 business days for the credit to be applied by the issuer of the credit card.

What is the product warranty policy?

If you believe you've received a defective product you have 48 hours from delivery to contact our support team and we'll respond quickly with assistance. If the issue falls under warranty, we’ll cover U.S. shipping costs to replace the unit. After 48 hours, the manufacturer’s warranty applies, and coverage will vary by product.

No, we do not. However, we offer tutorials on installing chain-link fences, privacy screens, metal barricades, and more on our blog. If you need expert advice, you can contact our customer support team for guidance.
