Placing an Order:

Quotes are valid for up to 5 days. If quotes are 6 days or older, please call to ensure that prices and freight costs have not changed. Orders may take up to 48 hours to process. In-Stock items will ship within 3-4 business days. Other items may require additional time to manufacture or obtain from suppliers. Notification of a delay in the availability of a product will be made at the time of purchase.

Order Payment:

We accept all major credit cards, including Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. We accept hard-copy Purchase Orders from schools, universities, and municipalities in the U.S. For information and to apply for credit terms with Sonco, please visit the following page:

Shipping Policy:

All orders are subject to freight and handling charges which will be provided via quote. Unless you use your own carrier, we will select the best carrier based on the order, destination and delivery time. Orders for multiple items may require shipping from different locations. In such cases, it may not be possible to deliver all items in one shipment, and we will complete the order in several shipments. Multiple shipping and handling charges may apply.

Delivery Policy:

It is the trucking company's policy that you must have someone there to offload the truck. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift to unload the order, you must request a lift-gate at the time you receive your quote.

Any special arrangements or additional services requested with the delivery carrier will carry extra charges and it is your responsibility to settle those fees with the carrier directly. If the carrier bills Sonco for the additional services not included in your freight quote you will be issued an additional invoices for services rendered and payment will be due immediately.

Customer shall inspect all materials for shortage, damage, or non-conformity immediately upon receipt. Claims must be submitted in writing and be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


IMPORTANT: INSPECT ALL PACKAGES AND NOTE ANY DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES ON THE SHIPPING DOCUMENTS BEFORE SIGNING OFF ON DELIVRY. Without a notation of damage on the shipping documents at time of delivery, we are unable to file a claim against the shipping carrier and may be unable to provide replacements.

Unfortunately, due to reasons beyond our control, damage to the material could occur during shipping. We will replace any defective or incorrect material as quickly and efficiently as possible. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items and packages. If you are unable to inspect everything due to daylight or time constraints, EXCEPTION must be marked on the signed documents and any problems must be reported within 48 hours to Sonco in writing. Please take digital photos of any damages if possible to expedite the freight claim process.

Unlike our competitors, if we are handling the shipping of your order, we take care of the freight claim process so that you get remedies quickly without having the responsibility of filing the claim with the carrier on your own.


Customers may pick-up orders directly from our Sonco locations. All pickups must be arranged at least (1) business day prior to pick up date via appointment. Customers that pick-up orders are required to pay any applicable state sales tax and handling fees.


Sonco will accept returns of unused and undamaged non-defective product within 10 business days. There is a minimum 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for all round-trip freight charges. After the product has been inspected and the return has been approved, we will issue a refund in the same form that we received payment. We cannot accept returns of used product. Customer must repack materials in a manner suitable for return shipment without damage. The customer is responsible for any damage incurred during return shipment. We are not able to accept returns on custom orders, including custom barricade covers and custom color powder-coated barricades.


Sonco guarantees a one-year warranty for replacement of any defective material. Material that is defective or damaged that is due to abnormal or improper unloading, use, alteration, service, storage, installation, neglect, abuse, vandalization, accident or damaged caused by flood, fire, or act of god, are not covered by the warranty. Warranty covers only the replacement of any defective material.

Customers exclusive remedy in respect of non-conforming materials or for delay or for non-delivery for which Sonco is responsible, shall be limited to the return of said materials and the repayment of the purchase price paid by the buyer; or in the case of non-conforming materials, at the option of the supplier, the repair or replacement of such materials or components thereof. In no event shall supplier be liable for any consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or economical loss, replacement costs, handling installation or labor in making such repair or replacement, or any other special or indirect loss, or for incidental damages, including but not limited to expenses incurred in inspection, receipt, transportation, storage, care or custody expenses incurred in connection with effecting cover.

Limitation of liability:

In no event shall sonco be liable for any damages with respect to, arising out of, or in connection with the materials sold hereunder in excess of the price of such material stipulated in this document. Irrespective of whether such damages based on breach of contract, strict liability, or otherwise.

Use of Information uses any information voluntarily given by our customers to enhance their experience in our network of sites and/or pages, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the sites and/or pages to better prepare future content based on the interests of our customers. As stated above, uses information that customers voluntarily provide in order to send out electronic newsletters and to enable customers to participate in contests, and contractor listing services.
