LOGO FILE FORMATS
Vector art with .eps or ai extensions are preferred. Raster or flattened art (jpg, .tif or bmp) may be acceptable IF they are provided at a minimum of 200 dpi at final print size.
FILE SIZE
All text should be converted to outlines or provide font files. Set up file size or artboard to 1/2 actual print size. Anything over 200"should be 1/10 scale. Bitmapped images must be 200 dpi minimum and 800 dpi maximun at final print size.
DESIGN PROGRAMS
Artwork should be created in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign. All print files should be provided in their native format.
TEXT
All text should be converted to outlines or provide font files.

Can I pick up my order?
Most items are available for pick up trough appointment widows.
What is the delivery lead time?
Delivery times are included in the product page. Times are estimated for deliveries to commercial addresses and subject to change if any delays during transit with freight carriers outside of our control. If you need guaranteed freight for s specific date and time, please contact us. Deliveries made via Flat Bed shipping requires forklift to unload from the sides. LTL shipment requires a loading dock and forklift to unload.

Is there an expedited shipping?
